Right of withdrawal
You can exercise the right of withdrawal for all non-personalized products within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send a written and signed declaration by email to algalboard@gmail.com where he declares his intention to withdraw from the contract indicating:
- The order number and title of the product or products to be returned;
- The email address we will have to use to indicate the status of the return.
Within 3 days of receiving the confirmation from the seller for the withdrawal of the contract, the consumer must return the product intact, in perfect condition, complete with any accessories and original packaging at his own expense and under his responsibility.< /p>
The refund will be made via the method used to make the payment.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded:
- For all made-to-measure and/or personalized products even if returned in the original packaging (Legislative Decree 6 September 2015, Article 59, paragraph 1, point C);
- If you purchased as a Professional, the right of withdrawal does not apply, unless otherwise agreed with the Seller.
